Sultanate of Oman

School films and photography for the Sultanate's leading schools.

We bring our Cairo and UAE crews into Muscat, Sohar and Salalah for residencies — admissions films, graduation coverage, drone production, and editorial campus photography for British, IB and American curriculum schools.

Local context

Working in Oman

Oman's school market is smaller than the UAE's but well-funded and quality-driven. Schools here invest in long-form admissions films and substantial campus imagery, and parents expect production values close to what they see in Dubai or London.

We've produced for British curriculum schools in Muscat and the wider Capital Area. Our typical Oman engagement is a 3-5 day residency: film + photography in one block, with permits, drone-flight clearance, and on-campus safeguarding briefings all handled before the crew lands.

Why us

What schools in Oman value about Mirror

Residency model — one trip, complete library

Schools in Oman get more value from a single 5-day residency than from repeated half-day visits. We film, photograph, drone-cover and conduct interviews in one block.

Licensed for Omani airspace

Our drone pilots hold valid CAA-Oman certifications. School-specific flight risk assessments are filed and cleared in advance.

Bilingual school-day Arabic

Our crew speaks both Khaleeji and Cairene Arabic — so Omani families hear the Arabic voiceover in the cadence they recognize.

Common questions

Questions from schools in Oman

How much advance notice do you need for an Oman residency?

Two to three weeks for a standard residency, including drone permit lead time. Faster turnarounds are possible for follow-up visits to the same school.

Do you film outside Muscat — in Sohar or Salalah?

Yes. We've travelled to both. The crew + kit cost is the same as Muscat; the only addition is the road/flight time, which we keep transparent in the proposal.

Can the final film be cut to suit the Omani Ministry of Education's content guidelines?

Yes. We brief our editors on each school's policy before they touch a timeline, and we deliver the master and any compliance-edited variants in the same package.
